What You Can Expect
Initial Assessment
We’ll do a complete health history and assessment and examine where you are, where you have been, and where you want to be with your food, nutrition choices, health habits, and more.
Follow-Up Sessions
Each follow-up will include a review of your eating pattern updates, where you continue to struggle, how you are feeling, and what adjustments need to be made.

Support via email for any questions or concerns that come up in between our sessions.
4 Month Program
This includes eight 40-minute follow-up sessions during which we will check in on your eating, assess how you’re feeling, tweak and adjust anything necessary, and do some focused grounding work.
Each follow-up will have a topic of focus, interactive exercises, discussion, and processing, along with handouts to support you between sessions.

Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN
Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN is the founder and lead dietitian at Maya Feller Nutrition. Maya believes in providing nutrition education from an anti-bias, patient-centered, culturally sensitive approach to help people make informed food choices. On a limited basis, Maya sees patients one on one.
Keisha Pierce, RDN
Keisha strongly believes in the body’s ability to heal with proper nutrition. She endorses a holistic, client-centered, food-first approach to nutrition education and encourages the development of mind-body-environmental wellness.
Lauren Decunto, MS, RD
Lauren is one of our nutrition coaches who speaks Spanish and English. She recently completed her Master’s in Nutrition Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and has a background in yoga, and mindfulness. Lauren is passionate about the connection between health, wellness, and nutrition. She advocates for sustainability, food justice, and food equity. Lauren is currently working toward her goal of becoming an eating disorders specialist and will dedicate her practice to bridging the gap between inequities in the food system and individuals’ health.
Morgan Elmore, MS, RD, LDN, CDN
Morgan focuses her work on adolescents and adults who need support integrating realistic habits into their everyday lives to build long-lasting change. She wants to help her patients develop a balance in their eating patterns and approach to nutrition, knowing that nutrition is unique to each individual and their lived experience.
Robin Nwankwo, MPH, RD, CDE
Robin has 30 years of experience working as a community and research dietitian diabetes educator and has worked on NIH-funded and foundation-funded grants exploring peer leaders, diabetes education, and support.
Kendra Batten, PhD, RD
Kendra’s primary interests are centered around disordered eating and helping people develop or re-establish positive relationships with food and their bodies.
