Maya’s live workshops are created with community in mind.
They are for individuals who are interested in taking their nutrition education and self-reflection to the next level.
Over the course of the hour, each week your facilitator will guide you in current evidence based nutrition education, provide prompts for self-work as well as group work, and answer questions.
You will be in a group of like-minded individuals who are committed to centering and prioritizing their well-being and whole body health.
