Homemade Chicken Bone Broth

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken feet (cleaned)

1 pound carrots, roughly chopped

2 onions, roughly chopped

2 heads garlic

4 inches of ginger

1 knob turmeric

1 tablespoon black peppercorns

1 bunch of thyme

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients into a heavy-bottomed pot and cover with water. Bring to a low simmer and cook for 4 hours, adding water as needed.

2. Strain and place into mason jars.
