While plant-based foods are a goldmine of nutrient value, there’s one nutrient you need that isn’t readily available in them: omega-3 fatty acids, which slinked to increased life span.
Fortunately, there’s one great source of omega-3 fatty acids: SMASH fish. SMASH is an acronym for salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines, and herring.
