I would gravitate toward the fresh-made salad menu. The Berry Burst Chicken Salad is a nice mix of berries, greens, almonds, feta, and grilled chicken. The whole dish provides 42 g protein, making it a hearty and satiating option. Combining blueberries and strawberries adds a dose of antioxidants and fiber along with a dash of color. Go easy on the dressing, though, which contains a decent amount of sugar. Another thing I like: Wendy’s offers a nice feature where you can choose to order a half-portion or full portion.
