Nutritious Shrimp & Crab Toast

This quick and easy recipe is packed with anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids.

Nutritious Shrimp & Crab Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chives, minced

  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and diced

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1, 6oz can of shrimp or crab, rinsed and drained

  • A healthy pinch of spring mixed greens

  • 2 slices of whole grain toast or 1 sprouted grain english muffin toasted

  • Sweet paprika for dusting

Instructions

  • Combine chives, jalapeno, mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Mix well.
  • Add shrimp and fold ingredients together.
  • Top toast with a pinch of spring greens
  • Place a healthy dollop or two on top of the greens.
  • Finish with paprika.
