Nutritious Shrimp & Crab Toast
This quick and easy recipe is packed with anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids.

Nutritious Shrimp & Crab Toast
Ingredients
2 tbsp chives, minced
1 Jalapeño, seeded and diced
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1, 6oz can of shrimp or crab, rinsed and drained
A healthy pinch of spring mixed greens
2 slices of whole grain toast or 1 sprouted grain english muffin toasted
Sweet paprika for dusting
Instructions
- Combine chives, jalapeno, mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Add shrimp and fold ingredients together.
- Top toast with a pinch of spring greens
- Place a healthy dollop or two on top of the greens.
- Finish with paprika.
